No1 The Cleave’s easy, open layout and practical wooden floors make it a lovely fit for families, groups of friends, or a simple escape for two. Being just steps from the beach means you can wander out for a bit of rock pooling, settle into a deckchair to watch the world drift by, or perch on the wall with a cushion and soak up the sea air — all in a peaceful, virtually traffic‑free spot.
Tucked away behind the house, our secret garden offers its own little moments of calm. There’s an astro‑grassed space that’s perfect for morning yoga, a warm sun deck made for lazy afternoon tea, and a beautiful uninterrupted view from the top of the garden — an ideal place to enjoy a glass of something as the day winds down.
Inside, we’re known for our super‑comfortable beds and cosy throws, so when you’re ready to retreat, you can curl up with a good book and drift off knowing you’ll sleep wonderfully.

THE VIEW
The View is the master bedroom with a luxurious comfortable kingsize bed and uninterrupted sea views of Cawsand Bay.
THE SEAGULL
The Seagull can be found on the top floor, a sumptuous king size bed with ensuite shower room, and beautiful sea views over the bay and to the rear garden.
THE DECK
Also on the first floor is The Deck - a twin room with direct access to the sun deck at the rear of the house.
THE LOOKOUT
The Lookout is a fun bunk room for little ones or extra adults, there are a range of toys and books along with yet more sea views over the beach, it's a perfect spot to keep an eye out for pirates!
