Highly recommended! Beautiful spacious house in stunning location with direct, uninterrupted, expansive sea view. Unfortunately not there long enough to appreciate all it had to offer but it was well equipped. Weather was Mediterranean but I think any time of year would be great in this house! Would absolutely hire Sarah's house again!

Had a wonderful week’s stay. So lovely to wake up to beautiful sea views everyday. Very comfortable stay, well equipped for a family holiday and local shops and pubs serving great food. Couldn’t ask for more!

We had simply the best few days in Kingsand. The house location is perfect, right on the beach easy for a morning dip or evening sun downer. Sarah had lots of information about the locality and was a very responsive host. Instant access to the coastal path and plenty of lovely pubs with live music within stumbling distance. We will be back!

The house is beautifully decorated in a simple, soothing and cosy style that fits perfectly with the surroundings, and we felt immediately at home as soon as we walked through the door. The layout worked perfectly with wonderful social spaces, a generous kitchen.
Speaking of the sea, it is literally on your doorstep, and the quiet, no through lane, creates its only little community within this beautiful village. We would step out each morning with a mug of coffee, our dog would take a paddle, and just reflect on how simple life can be (to be clear, we were reflecting, not sure about the dog). This all helped to make it one of the most special locations we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. As you can probably tell, we will be back!!😊

I love Cawsand. No1 The Cleave is right on the ocean which is spectacular during beautiful sunny days & also when the rain hits. Easy access to the beach for a quick swim. We had a fire burning, played games & cooked big meals post our long walks. Home has 3 large bedrooms & one smaller kids bunk room. Big open plan living dining kitchen. Outdoor terraced space, great for summer stays.
